Belfast on the
second Thursday of each month at 8pm. The
meetings are a forum for like-minded people from all over the region to
meet and exchange ideas. We have debates and discussions and frequenty
invite guest speakers to talk on issues of
social, political, religious, philosophical and scientific interest.

Summer School The
Joy of Humanism
Friday 17th- Sunday 19th August 2007, Carlingford, Co Louth
The 2007 annual summer school was another resounding success. The
speakers included :
Glenn Patterson, Novelist, Martin McLoone on Irish Cimema, Fergus
Finlay, Irish Labour Party and Phillipe Besson on Europe's Humanist
Legacy.
The annual all Ireland summer school is
held in conjunction with The Humanist Association of
Ireland and the Belfast Humanist Group. The event is a chance for
Humanists from all over Ireland to come together for great lectures and
good company.
